Stop wishing for miracles to happen (on your command)

I've had to learn this lesson the hard way, twice...

And I reckon it'll probably whup me a third time too.

It's one of the toughest aspects of business:

How to recognize the shifting tides and act accordingly.

Winning is great, but it doesn't last forever.

You will always reach a limit to the success you can achieve at your current level of understanding, before your luck starts running out and you have to go back to the drawing board.

And that pivot point is the most dangerous one.

Because it's the point where you start burning through all the cash you just won, to try and win longer.

And then you get trapped into hoping everything will get better soon, that this next test will be a great success and you'll make back all your losses instantly.

That's not how reality works.

It took countless lessons and more time than expected, but I finally realized my dream. I want to help you do the same, so I started leaving a trail of breadcrumbs. Subscribe to my newsletter to get a new one every week, and a complete archive of all the crumbs so far.

And all the gurus are shouting from the hill: "Dropshipping is DEAD! Sign up for my _____ course and make a million dollars tomorrow!!" But the truth is dropshipping is far from dead, it's actually cruising just like normal right...

Content was one of the biggest bottlenecks I faced when scaling my ecom brand. At first I looked into those UGC sites where you can pay $100, ship your product to a creator, and get some content. But I quickly realized it wasn't sustainable at all. Volume is the name of the game when it comes to content. Until you've spent years running your brand, testing loads of different models / lighting / setting / position, you really have no idea which piece of content is going to work as an ad. The...

I had to spend over 7 figures of my own money, and get repeatedly beaten over the head by a good friend and mentor of mine before I could finally accept this. But, now that I've fully leaned into it... I can see how every major dip in my business has been largely caused by freaking out and turning ads off. Every time I go back, turn on old winners, open my targeting, and let facebook take the reigns... Results climb back up again. The truth is: the machine knows best. And the moment you...
